Welcome to Silver Creek Vineyards & Nursery. We propagate French hybrid and American grape varieties using cuttings and grafting techniques. Our goal is to produce a quality grape plant for vineyard establishment. We offer varieties that have proven themselves in Southern Illinois and Missouri and others areas of the midwest . We are also testing newly released varieties. Every vineyards goal should be to grow the varieties that are best suited for their soil type and climate. Take the time to research grape varieties, site preparations, and trellis types before starting your vineyard.  Once established, a vineyard is not easily changed.  Take the time to visit wineries and find out what varieties sell the best.  Talk to vineyard owners and see what has worked well for them, and also what mistakes they have made.
